Green Technologies

We obtain precise and reliable results
Green Technologies offers dynamic testing to evaluate the physical properties of pavement on highways, roads, airport pavements, port areas, railways and other locations using the free fall or impact deflectometer (FWD).
Our equipment subjects the pavement surface to a loading pulse that simulates the loading of a vehicle wheel or the impact of an aircraft landing. The loading pulse is produced by dropping a large weight onto a “damper” that shapes the pulse and is then transmitted to the pavement via a circular loading plate. Data is obtained from various sensors for use in post-test analysis of pavement properties.
Deflection sensors are used to measure pavement deformation in response to pulse loading. It is a dynamic, non-destructive process and is applied to asphalt and concrete pavements. It measures the deflections and dynamic modules of behavior of a pavement and subsoil layers under various conditions. To have the correct results it is required to have information from the system. Time-domain microwave, air-coupled GPR.
Technology widely used and regulated in many countries.

Locate areas of low support
Analyzes the support under hydraulic concrete pavements and flexible pavements. This defines areas that require soil stabilization with geopolymeric technologies.

Determines the charge transfer
Helps determine if the slabs are acting correctly in both directions.

Estimate the elastic moduli of the layers with our system
This makes it possible to design an adequate maintenance program and, in many cases, define the relevant geopolymer solution.

Applicable to highways and airports
Only the diameter of the load plate is changed to perform the test. DCP can also be used for empirical tests with the same results.
